How to delete your DialedIn account and data

Guest users (no account)

If you use DialedIn without creating an account, all your data is stored locally on your device. Simply uninstall the app and all data is permanently removed. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Registered users

If you created an account, you can delete it directly from the app:

1. Open DialedIn and go to the Profile tab
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers, including your profile information and any synced data. Brew sessions stored locally on your device are also cleared. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion via email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• Any synced data stored on our servers
• Follower and following relationships

After deletion, your account cannot be recovered. You can always create a new account in the future.
